Hi there,

I’m Wanda—your friendly, flour-dusted maker of sourdough crackers and other small-batch treats from my home kitchen in Calgary, Alberta. My method is simple: a lively sourdough starter, time, and ingredients you can pronounce. I hand-roll, cut, and bake each batch for that crisp snap and toasty, tangy flavor that makes snack boards and lunch boxes extra satisfying.

When my apron’s off, I lead a playful, active life that fuels my cooking. I sing, sew, and knit; I bike, paddle board, and soak up lake time. I love to travel with my husband and our crew of four boys (plus one wonderful daughter-in-law). The kitchen is my sandbox: I’m forever testing new flavours I’ve dreamed up, spotted online, or learned from the many hours of cooking and baking shows I adore.
